Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return up to 7 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Please contact us before initiating a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost during delivery.
If a return is accepted, any items sent prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues <br>Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.

EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period<br>Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without having to show a valid reason. As above, but the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refund Policy <br>You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. You will also be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay out your refund.
