Weld has released a new adjustable suspension system!
Developed jointly by Weld and JIC. Finally completed after repeated testing on Team Weld's Hyakushiki No. 6 and feedback from practical use! In addition to being fully adjustable in length, the separate tank ensures sufficient stroke. Damping force can be adjusted independently in 15 stages on the rebound side and 20 stages on the compression side. Furthermore, increasing the oil capacity reduces changes in damping force due to heat fade. A helper spring is available as an option (rear only). Installing the helper spring ensures sufficient stroke on the rebound side. This prevents loss of traction during cornering and transmits power to the road surface. Pillow balls are used on both the upper and lower sides. Different length collars are included on the rear side of the pillow ball. By changing the length, the mounting angle is corrected vertically, suppressing angle changes during stroke and improving traction.
