Compared to the conventional R1 turbo, the compressor's A/R ratio has been modified to improve torque in the low to mid-range RPMs and enhance boost pressure build-up. As a result, torque in the low to mid-range RPMs has been improved to the same level as the genuine turbo, achieving a balance between ease of use in city driving and performance and durability on the circuit. Combined with cam and ECM tuning, it is ideal for those building engines up to 450ps/7600rpm and 50kgfm/4800rpm (according to our measurement standards).
