• ● Because the sports clutch disc and lightweight flywheel are designed and manufactured to improve clutch response and increase power output, they may transmit a rattling noise (resonance from the transmission and bearings) more easily compared to genuine Nissan parts. However, this does not indicate a quality issue. Please be aware of this in advance.
• ●The clutch cover and clutch disc will not perform to their full potential unless they are used in the correct combination. Always use NISMO clutch discs and clutch covers as a set.
• ● No modifications to the flywheel or transmission are required.
• ●Please be sure to check that the transmission, flywheel, etc. of the vehicle to which the product will be installed have not been modified or altered before placing your order. (It may not be compatible with vehicles that have been modified or altered.)
• ●Unless otherwise noted, bearings and sleeves can be reused from the vehicle, but it is recommended to replace them with new ones.
• ●When replacing the clutch, be sure to check for wear, damage, or deterioration of the release fork, release pivot, operating cylinder, pilot bush, etc. Also, replace these parts in advance if the vehicle has high mileage.
• ● If the clutch disc, clutch cover, or flywheel friction surface has scratches, uneven wear, or thermal deformation, please replace them with new ones.
• ● Reinforced clutches require more force to press the clutch pedal compared to standard clutches, and also require some getting used to when engaging the clutch.
• ●Ceramic metal type clutch discs may produce metallic noises, judder, or humming sounds.
• ● Because reinforced clutches increase the clamping force of the cover and the pedal pressing force, depending on how they are used, the clutch pedal, pedal bracket, release fork, etc. may bend, and the lifespan of the operating cylinder may be shortened.
• ● Because reinforced clutches have increased torque transmission capacity, improper use may damage the transmission or differential, or shorten their lifespan.
• ●After installation, be sure to check and adjust the clutch pedal travel, engagement, and disengagement according to the service manual.
