By smoothing the airflow from the turbocharger and reducing pressure loss, the turbine's output balance is improved, resulting in enhanced engine response. Prioritizing heat resistance, heat-resistant carbon fiber, proven in use in brake shrouds for Super GT GT500 class racing vehicles, was selected for the material.
Furthermore, the version for the BNR32 is specially designed to take into account clearance with the engine.
