D-MAX D1SPEC Front Lower Arm & Tension Rod Set for Toyota 86 / GR86 / BRZ [BIZ]

The minimum value of this adjustable front lower arm is extended by 15mm from the genuine value. From there, it can be extended by 40mm. Compared to the genuine part, it can be extended by a maximum of 55mm. The biggest difference from other companies' extended lower arms is that the part that would normally interfere with the tie rod end is curved to allow it to clear the lower center section. Additionally, by setting two mounting points for the tension rod, interference can be prevented in advance by changing the direction of escape when the steering angle is increased. Since it is an adjustable lower arm, it may be necessary to adjust the stabilizer. This can be accommodated by setting five mounting holes. A dedicated multi-stabilizer link can also be installed. Regarding strength, the curved part, which is the most concerning, achieves an incomparable strength compared to a normal lower arm by incorporating a reinforcing plate. To date, various knuckles have been sold by other companies, but we have made the stopper an adjustable bolt so that it can be freely adjusted to be compatible with most of them. The bolt and nut structure allows for insertion from either side. Of course, it is necessary to set up the vehicle so that it does not become over-extended by installing our lower arm, and we recommend our offset rack adapter, which is part of our product lineup. When combined with our previously released racing knuckles, a steering angle of 70 degrees or more can be achieved (there may be some variations depending on other suspension settings).

Jointly developed with Kawabata, who drives an 86 in his private vehicle, has performed demo runs with TOYO tires, and is competing in the D1 GRAND PRIX series in a GR86.
